My lovely little ones

When I was a child, I loved to visit my Grandma Sommerville for Thanksgivings in NJ; my family would drive four hours from MA. When we arrived, Grandma would hold out her arms, say "Granny loves the children," and hug me too tight. I felt at home with her: the smell of cooking food, her connection to her dog (Missy), and her love for her grandkids. Although I didn't know her as well as I would have liked, I identify with her sense of family and mothering. This farm is named after her, my Welsh roots, and my love of "kids!"
